Shipping Policy
Typically our normal, non-holiday production time is 5-7 business days for design. This includes all crews, hoodies, tees and sets as they are all individually handcrafted. Most items ship either USPS first class 2-3 day mail or 2-day priority mail, or UPS 2-4 depending on the weight of the package and the location. Everyone receives a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as their order ships. It is our policy that if an item is undeliverable by USPS and remains in transit that the customer reach out directly USPS with their tracking number and file a claim. Once the claim is received, we complete it the same day and resend the item(s).
PLEASE NOTE: Shop Dope Co. is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by a wrong or incomplete shipping address, including incorrect zip codes or addresses that were undeliverable upon delivery. Non-delivery or additional shipping costs due to customer errors will not be the responsibility of Shop Dope Co. If your order states it’s been delivered on our end, this is what our team goes by. To return your product, a return address with be provided by Shop Dope Co. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). All shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We are a small business and handcraft all pieces so we really appreciate your understanding. When selecting your products, please make sure to review correct sizes and colors before you submit payment for purchase.
EXCHANGES FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS ONLY(NO REFUNDS).We have a 5-day exchange policy on defective items only. Please email us at info@shopdope.co within 5 days of receiving your order if you have an issue. Please include a photo of the shipping box with the label and an image of the defective item. We do not offer refunds nor exchanges unless your item arrives defective (unlikely as we have an extensive quality control process but we understand things do happen).
