ALL SALES ARE FINAL as they are handcrafted.

We are a small business and handcraft all pieces so we really appreciate your understanding. When selecting your products, please make sure to review correct sizes and colors before you submit payment for purchase.

EXCHANGES FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS (NO REFUNDS)

We have a 5-day exchange policy on defective items only. Please email us at info@shopdope.co within 5 days of receiving your order if you have an issue. Please include a photo of the shipping box with the label and an image of the defective item. We do not offer refunds nor exchanges unless your item arrives defective (unlikely as we have an extensive quality control process but we understand things do happen). ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Please note, our items are individually handcrafted by our team with special attention and automatically go into the production queue once ordered.
